GENERAL ｡𖦹°‧
- You need to be clear about your order, send references, specify your style, talk about things you would like in your commission, feel free to send me any reference/mood boards at any time, something you liked and would like me to be inspired by!
- Please do not take any longer than 48 hours to answer any update from mine, you can warn me in advance if you’ll be away for a certain period of time. If so, I’ll take a break on your order.
- Please credit correctly as [@YeliHgge on Twt/X, KoFi, VGen] (Pick any social mentioned).───── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ─────PAYMENTS ｡𖦹°‧
- Payment of 30-50% is required before I start a commission
- If you want to pay after sketch, it's totally okay! But It should be more than 50%.
- Let me know if you are having 2nd thoughts (trust issues), I can provide vouches or we can discuss a compromise.
- If your order is too much complex the price may raise up from 5$ to 30$ for each item. I’ll warn you in advance too.───── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ─────DEADLINES AND DELIVERY ｡𖦹°‧
- Keep in mind that I am a college student. My schedule is inevitably busy but I WILL make time for commissions. Deadline Delays will have a warning before hand.
- After the payment I’ll take 1 day to 3 weeks (depending on your place in the queue) to send you some update about your order.
- If your order was scheduled for the next month please do not ask about any update even before the month begins.
- You can pay 80% more of your commission to anticipate your order, I’ll take 1 to 7 days (even the same day) to deliver it, depending how complex it is. (if it is a stream graphics package it will take much longer to rush)
- It can take me a week to 3 months to deliver something, keep that in mind before you close commission with me, don't order things you need urgently at the last minute.───── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ─────REVISIONS ｡𖦹°‧
- MINIMAL Revisions are limited to 2-3 only.
- Revisions are okay if it's a typo, forgot certain details you've discussed beforehand, alignment, etc.
- Revisions like changing the layout, color scheme, from scratch are NOT okay.
- Extra revisions will be charged (4$/30Php)───── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ─────REFUNDS ｡𖦹°‧
- Refunds are accepted when I have not begun to work on your order and it has been cancelled. Or if I’m having trouble with your order, so I’ll cancel it myself and refund you.
- If I have already started, the refund will not be made of 100% of the amount received, and I don't refund finished work.───── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ─────COMMUNICATION ｡𖦹°‧
- Please don't ask for updates EVERY day. (I'll cry)
- I'll send you updates every time I finish MAJOR things for your request.
- During a week you can ask once or twice, but please don't be pushy I sometimes have slow creative processes.

- The winner has 24 hrs to pay unless a different agreement has been made

- Resell, redesign, gift, trade is OK

- Holds are available only for AB offers
- Holds require non-refundable downpayments (+3$)

- Add-Ons will be made in 1-2 weeks time span.
